Jaime Malm is a national speaker, financial educator, and retirement income planner. Jaime has not only counseled thousands of clients over her career toward financial freedom and success, but has served as a mentor and coach to hundreds of top financial advisors across the U.S. for the last 17 years.

Jaime’s unique approach to tax efficient retirement planning has been featured on Yahoo Finance, ABC, CBS, FOX network affiliates, Wall Street Journal Market Watch and the New York Business Journal.  

Jaime is the founder of Iron Horse Financial Services, is an investment advisor representative and serves as a “fiduciary” to her clients, providing  a five step, comprehensive approach to retirement planning.  Jaime lives in McPherson, KS with her husband, Brad and their three children.

Emma Malm

Operations Manager & Licensed Agent

Emma Malm is the Operations Manager for Iron Horse Financial. Emma strives to create the best experience for our clients. Emma is a recent graduate from Tabor College with a major in Business and Marketing. Emma is a licensed life and health agent and supports clients with life insurance and Medicare planning needs. Emma also coaches high school basketball at McPherson High and loves her English Bulldog, Lucy.
